Choice of rainforest shower head in one bathroom, or fill the bath in the second bathroom/laundry. Close to Metro, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, choice of bakery, food options nearby."

"Some minor repairs required - nail in the hallway we put a towel over so didn't injure ourselves, 11 year old found his chair was broken and we repaired. The toilet is very compact - think knocking your elbows, slightly larger than an aeroplane W.C."

"The apartment is in a great location — just a few minutes’ walk from the Eiffel Tower, in a typical Parisian building, which makes it perfect for those who want to experience the real spirit of Paris. The place is very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable, which made our stay pleasant and restful."

"However, the apartment is in serious need of renovation. The towel heater in the bathroom was broken, and the shower plumbing was also damaged. With a bit of maintenance and some updates, this apartment could be an excellent choice."

"The location is fantastic! Only a 5 minutes walk to the Trocadero and metro, 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Its quite a big apartment for Paris. Bonus that there was a washing machine/dryer. Lovely that they let us check in a few hours early."

"The apartment is really loud, as in the floors are very poorly insulated. We couldn't hear neighbours but we were concerned the neighbours could hear us especially being jetlagged we were awake in the very early hours of the morning. Even tip-toeing was creaky. In the bathroom where there are tiles it is way better. The dishwasher doesn't work very well."

"Espectacular piso en una ubicación inmejorable de Paris . Limpio y con todo lo necesario. La cama muy cómoda y el sofá cama perfecto para 2 niños mayores, durmieron muy bien. LA cocina bien equipada aunque no la utilizamos . Volveré sin duda ."

"Está mal mantenido. Tiene 3 lugares de aseo, cosa que en España no es habitual. El inodoro está separado en un espacio en el que no se cabe prácticamente. Los mangos de las duchas estaban rotos, dos lámparas no funcionaban y había poco menaje de cocina."

"The location was great! Your minutes away from the Eiffel tower. There’s a lot of local restaurants and shops nearby. The area is definitely happening! Theres a separate beautiful white bathtub that’s brand new with plenty of space! Perfect for the females in the group to get ready! The kitchen and dining room are okay. The living room with a convertible couch is good. Lots of space. The master bedroom was also nice and spacious. I loved opening all the windows."

"The bathroom where the toilet is, is way too small. Its like sitting in a school desk and chair. You can’t even extend your arms. There’s a separate room for a shower and also a bit small. The floors are old and make a creek sound throughout the unit. The front door is a hassle to open."
